COURSE DESCRIPTION: The Canada Pension Plan (CPP) and Old Age Security (OAS) programs are important components of a person’s retirement income plan. As an advisor, you need to understand how these programs work and what you can do to help your clients take best advantage of them. You need to be aware of how these programs have changed due to constant government tinkering since 2011, which mostly recently includes the Enhanced CPP proposals introduced by Budget 2016. These proposals have since been passed into law and implementation will start in 2019.
This CPP & OAS Course will bring you up to speed on all of the changes and give you a good reference source that summarizes everything you need to know.
NOTE: You have one year from time of purchase to complete this course.
