The Canada Pension Plan (CPP) and Old Age Security (OAS) programs are important components of a person’s retirement income plan. As an advisor, you need to understand how these programs work and what you can do to help your clients take best advantage of them.
You need to be aware of how these programs have changed due to constant government tinkering; it seems they are a favourite topic of our federal Budgets! Most recently, this includes enhanced CPP measures that are being implemented starting in 2019, and changes to the GIS earnings exemption beginning in 2020. This CPP & OAS Course will bring you up to speed on all the changes and give you a good reference source that summarizes everything you need to know.
NOTE: You have one year from time of purchase to complete this course.
